Perennial Flower ~ Part Shade to Shade ~ a large to giant hosta ~ summer bloomer ~ pale lavender flowers on a 3 to 5 Ft. scape ~ powdery, large, oval leaves with a blue-gray cast ~ upright, vase-shaped habit  ~ excellent specimen plant ~ slug resistant ~  ATTRACTS HUMMINGBIRDS ~ walnut resistant ~ a moisture lover but still drought tolerant 

Optimal Care:
Seed heads may be removed to improve appearance.  However, the seeds do provide food for birds and may be left.  Cut foliage to ground after killing frost or in the early spring.
